What kind of product can I expect from CSI?

CSI provides a sophisticated and comprehensive final product. We ensure that our products are prepared accurately utilizing primary source information as much as possible to ensure credibility of the information. We ensure that our final product complies with the Statement of Work (SOW) as outlined by the client. In addition to the final product, CSI can also incorporate timely updates to the product so that the client stays fully informed of its areas of interest.

How can I be sure that CSI will maintain client confidentiality?

At CSI, client confidentiality is of the highest priority. Our clients range from international corporations to government entities. They depend on us to safeguard their projects and to maintain the strictest standards with regards to client confidentiality. In addition to not divulging any information regarding our clients, all our products are prepared and stored on stand alone computers to further protect the clients’ information from being hacked or compromised.

How fast can we expect to receive our finished product from CSI?

At CSI, we place a priority on accuracy of information, our reputation depends on it. If a client needs a quick product, we will notify the client of the type of product we can provide given their deadlines. If CSI knows that we can not deliver a quality product within a certain time frame, we will refuse the contract before we produce a poor quality product. At CSI we want our clients to be able to utilize the information we provide to express convincingly and act decisively on matters affecting their corporation.

Is CSI an IT company?

No, CSI does not work in the IT security realm. Our services cover all areas of corporate security with the exception of IT security.

Who are the directors of CSI and how will I know I am getting qualified individuals for the SOW's that we request?

Due to the sensitive nature of our operations and our worldwide operational area, we do not post information concerning our employees on this open site. Once a SOW is worked out with a corporation, CSI will then initiate a confidentiality agreement, which protects both the client and information concerning our operations and employees. Once a confidentiality agreement has been signed, then CV's concerning all those involved in the corporations’ project will be provided to the client.
